Having previously attempted to organise the Wedding Fayres at our Venue myself I can honestly say that being introduced to Claudia was a Gods send. Claudia takes all the stress out of the day meaning all I pretty much have to do it turn up and sell our Venue just like any other supplier. Once a date has been decided Claudia will contact reliable suppliers that she has used previously, although any preferred suppliers you have always get first approval, she will then advertise on all the Wedding websites, place banners in the area, use the local press, anything she can to ensure the footfall. I have always been so impressed with the amount of Bride and Grooms, mainly Brides we have welcomed through the doors and they always bring an entourage are mums, aunts bridesmaids etc. Come rain or shine it doesn’t seem to affect the numbers. On the day itself Claudia is there bright and early to set everything up and greet the suppliers so that they know were they are going, she keeps them all in check handling all their queries and ensuring they maintain a sense of professional throughout the day. She interacts with the Bride and Grooms as much as she can through the day making sure that if they are directed to the things they need the most. She is also always on hand with any advice you may need and is always willing to share her wealth of experience many contacts she has. I have now used her at the past 3 venues I have worked at and have just recommended her to our sister venue in Manchester. I wouldn’t use anyone else…

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Claudia for all her recent hard work in arranging some amazing wedding fayres. We booked 5 weddings at the Cranage hall fayre on Sunday, (unfortunately turning away numberous others, as we were already booked), I can honestly say we would not be where we are today without all of her help.

We are getting married next year and as you can imagine my fiance and I have been to a fair few wedding fayres. I think you would agree it comes to something when the groom passes comment about the standard of some of them! KeeDays are the best by far, we have been to quite a few organised by yourself at different venues. The venues have always been well set out, with plenty of variety (not just lots of photographers, florist etc) and the fashion shows have been stunning. All the staff have been so helpful and friendly.

As a wedding photographer in what is a very completive industry I view wedding fayres as very important part of my marketing activity, a well organised and promoted fayre provides the opportunity to meet a large number of potential clients. Unfortunately not all wedding fayres are well organised or promoted and valuable time and budget can be wasted in such instances. It is therefore vital if you are a wedding service provider looking for wedding fayres to attend the choose the right ones that will really will work for you. Many thanks on such a well organised Wedding Fayre at Abode Chester this April.
It was my first wedding fayre with Keedays, but it was defineatly the most professional I have been to. I did the make-up for the catwalk models and KeeDays made sure that everyone knew to come to me and to the hairdressers after.
